At an auction in 2015, an adventurous collector bought a lot comprising a small statue, a box and a small old book for a few dozen euros. Curious about the old scores written in the book, he contacted the Alamire Foundation in Leuven. The researchers couldn't believe their eyes: the collector had stumbled across a 15th century songbook. Having recorded the manuscript in its entirety, the Sollazzo ensemble present here their favourite pieces from among the fifty works collected in this mysterious chansonnier.
